I drink a green smoothie every morning regardless of where I am working from, home or the office. I usually make it simultaneously while my coffee is brewing. I drink my coffee first, and then later on, when I start feeling hungry, I start drinking my smoothie to hold me over until lunch at 12. I am not very fancy with my smoothies I like to keep them simple and easy. The only thing I will swap out are the strawberries for mangos or whatever fruit I have on hand, and that's it.
1 Cup of Strawberries
1 Cup of Spinach
A Tablespoon of Chia Seed
8oz of Water
Drinking a green smoothie every day is a great way for me to make sure I am getting my protein ( I am vegetarian) and fruit intake every day, instead of solely relying on multivitamins.
